The client was looking to increase customer engagement on Facebook while adding users to their newsletter list for future marketing opportunities. This would be accomplished by holding seasonal promotional giveaways and marketing them online. This posed a challenge due to various state government restrictions across the nation which regulated promotions related to wine and spirits.
We worked with an attorney for approving promotional rules and regulations to build and design a custom Facebook application platform which we could use to deploy these seasonal promotions on a regular basis. Throughout the promotional period times, we would gather and report user engagement while providing entry data to the client.
